Welcome to SecureCard Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SecureCard Pro hardware wallet card and related services provided by CAVALRY IT CONSULTING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, using, or participating in our beta testing program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SecureCard Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our products or services.
2. Product Description
SecureCard Pro is an NFC-enabled hardware wallet card designed to securely store cryptocurrency private keys. The product includes:
- Physical NFC card with EAL6+ secure element chip
- Free mobile application for iOS and Android devices
- Support for multiple cryptocurrencies and tokens
- Firmware updates and technical support
2.1 Beta Testing Program
SecureCard Pro is currently in beta testing. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that:
- The product is provided free of charge for testing and feedback purposes
- The product may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- You agree to provide honest feedback about your experience
- We may request testimonials, reviews, or social media posts about the product
- Beta units are provided on an "as-is" basis with limited warranty coverage
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN code
- Securely storing your 24-word recovery phrase offline
- Protecting your SecureCard Pro from unauthorized access
- All activities that occur under your account
3.2 Recovery Phrase
Your 24-word recovery phrase is the ONLY way to recover your cryptocurrency if your SecureCard Pro is lost, stolen, or damaged. We do NOT store your recovery phrase and CANNOT recover it for you. You must write down and securely store your recovery phrase in a safe location. Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of your cryptocurrency.
3.3 Compliance
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not use SecureCard Pro for any illegal activities
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate information during registration and purchase
4. Cryptocurrency Risks
You acknowledge and understand that:
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
- Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
- We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
- You may lose all or part of your cryptocurrency holdings
- Blockchain networks may experience delays, failures, or interruptions
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- CAVALRY IT CONSULTING LLC provides the product "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are NOT liable for any loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, loss of recovery phrase, forgotten PIN, or hardware failure
- We are NOT liable for blockchain network failures, delays, or transaction errors
- We are NOT liable for cryptocurrency price volatility or market losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of your SecureCard Pro (or $0 for beta testing units)
- We are NOT responsible for third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, or services
6. Product Warranty
6.1 Hardware Warranty
We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the SecureCard Pro hardware. This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Water damage (card is water-resistant, not waterproof for all conditions)
- Loss or theft of the card
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
6.2 Software
We provide the mobile application and firmware updates free of charge. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to SecureCard Pro are owned by CAVALRY IT CONSULTING LLC. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the secure element
- Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:
- We do NOT store your private keys or recovery phrase
- We collect minimal personal information necessary for order fulfillment
- We comply with GDPR and CCPA data protection requirements
9. Refund Policy
Due to the security-sensitive nature of hardware wallets:
- SecureCard Pro may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging
- Opened products cannot be returned for security reasons
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
10. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations
- Standard shipping times: 5-7 business days (US), 10-15 business days (International)
- Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery to the carrier
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information
11. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use SecureCard Pro to:
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the product
- Resell the product as new after opening or activation
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Terminate or suspend access to our services
- Discontinue product support at our discretion
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of SecureCard Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of SecureCard Pro shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or security breaches.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CAVALRY IT CONSULTING LLC regarding the use of our products and services.

18. Acknowledgment
BY USING SECURECARD PRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY AND THAT EHA TECH CANNOT RECOVER LOST PRIVATE KEYS OR RECOVERY PHRASES.
